Refund policy

All our products are digital downloads (PDF files). You receive them by email right after checkout, and nothing is shipped.

Digital products can't be returned. Because you get instant access to the files, we can't take them back once they've been delivered.

If something isn't right, we'll fix it. If a file doesn't open, is damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We'll send you a working file or the correct product. If we can't fix the problem, we'll refund the price you paid for that item.

Didn't get your email? Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, write to us and we'll resend your download link.

How to reach us: use the contact form on our Contact page and include your order number. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
